Report on Parent-Teacher Meeting and Prize Distribution Ceremony

The monthly test was conducted from 24th October 2025 to 1st November 2025. After the completion of the test session, a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was organized. Parents attended the meeting in large numbers and appreciated the college’s efforts in maintaining academic discipline and performance. Teachers discussed students’ progress, strengths, and areas for improvement with the parents, fostering a strong collaboration between home and college for the betterment of students.

Following the PTM, the Prize Distribution Ceremony for the High Achievers of the October Test 2025 was held at Government Queen Mary Graduate College, Lahore. Students who achieved distinctions from various disciplines — including Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, ICS, I.Com, and Humanities of both First and Second Year — were honored with prizes in recognition of their remarkable academic performance. The event served as a great source of motivation, encouraging students to continue their educational journey with dedication and perseverance.

The ceremony was conducted under the supervision of Principal Dr. Sidra Amir and was organized and managed by the college coordinator Dr Zeb , Deputy college coordinator Dr Qamer un Nisa and Controller of Examinations, Ms. Pakeeza Kazmi. Examination committee and faculty members participated enthusiastically. Special appreciation was extended to the focal persons of the Lahore District Conduct Team for their assistance in ensuring the smooth and systematic conduct of the test.
