“Unveiling Societal Realities: ‘JAAG UTHE NASEEB’—A Powerful Narrative by the Dramatic Society of Government Queen Mary Graduate College”

Today, the annual play 2023 titled “JAAG UTHE NASEEB” organized by Dramatic Society of Government Queen Mary Graduate College, Lahore was presented. The play highlighted various social evils prevailing in society, in a humorous way. These are greed and selfishness of family members, women’ property rights, basic rights of transgenders & trans education in Pakistan. It also raised the voice against current social and political oppression in Palestine as a reflection of the sensitivity and political consciousness of the play. It was highly appreciated by the students, faculty members, worthy guests and honorable chief guest additional secretary HED Dr. Safia Sultana.

Principal Professor Dr. Samra Imran, In-charge Dramatic Society Ms. Shazia Aslam, members Ms. Faiza Sadiq, Ms. Aniqa Haider and Ms. Nadiha Aman deserve acknowledgement and appreciation for presenting a moralistic play successfully in the limited sources.
