Transport Govt Queen Mary Graduate College, Lahore
The college offers the facility of two buses. The finances needed for them are generated through students as per Government directive. For the general maintenance and repair of these buses, each student pays an annual transport fund, while their monthly expenses are charged from those who avail this facility for commuting to and from the college.
- Limited Transport facilities are available for the students on specific routes on payment.
- Transport fee is revised every year according to the policies of the college administration body.
- Students are directed to contact the College Transport Committee to get their bus challan form soon after their admission to the College.
- Bus challan form will be issued on first come first served.
- The Transport Office generally starts issuing challan form for the New Academic Year from the date of first admission lists of various disciplines displayed in the college.
- New passes are issued every year after submitting the fee challan.
- The payment is made on yearly basis (September to June) for availing the facility.
- Student may contact the Transport focal person/ in charge of the route bus in this regard.
- Students failing to renew their bus cards will be fined Rs.100/- and their cards will be cancelled.
- Students are expected to behave decently while using the College transport facility. Any complaints in this regard will result in the cancellation of bus card of the student.
- In case of loss, a student may get duplicate bus card after paying Rs.100/
- Student will not allow to sit in college bus without showing bus card.
