Required Documents
- ▪ Matriculation certificate and F.A/F.Sc/I.Com/ ICS result certificate (Three Copies)
- ▪ Character certificate from the institution last attended: (One Copy)
- ▪ Roll No Slip of the candidate F.A/F.Sc /I.COM/ICS (One Copy)
- ▪ Passport Sized Photographs of the candidate (Three Photographs)
- ▪ Photocopy of father’s CNIC (Three Copies)
- ▪ CNIC/B – Form of the candidate in case she does not possess CNIC (Three Copies)
- ▪ NOC in case the candidate has passed her intermediate examination from the Board/University other than Lahore (One Original)
- Note) Internet copies of the result card of Matric/ Intermediate examination are not acceptable.
Admission Rules
- ▪ Candidates applying for reserved seats must bring all their original certificates and documents at the time of trials/test/ interview
- ▪ Candidates must bring their original certificates at the time of fee deposit/admission
- ▪ Merit list will be displayed at the college notice board and Queen Mary’s official website: www.qmc.edu.pk
