Warm Welcome Lunch for Principal Professor Dr. Sidra Aamir at AFOHS (Falcon) Club

On February 15th 2024, the staff of Govt. Queen Mary Graduate College (GQMGC) extended a warm welcome to our esteemed new Principal, Professor Dr. Sidra Aamir, with a delightful welcome lunch held at the AFOHS (Falcon) Club. This special event marked the beginning of a new chapter in our college’s journey as we embraced the leadership of Professor Dr. Sidra Aamir with enthusiasm and support.

The event was attended by administrative staff, Vice Principal (Dr. Irum Khan), Section Head (Ms Najma), Dean of Science (Dr. Zeb) and Dean of Arts (Ms Thaseen), Head of Departments and distinguished faculty members, all eager to greet and get to know our new Principal. The ambiance of the AFOHS (Falcon) Club provided the perfect setting for fostering camaraderie and building connections among colleagues.
A warm welcomed, accompanied by bouquets, was presented by the college section head Ms Najma Zubair Shahiba, highlighting the significance of Professor Dr. Aamir’s appointment and expressing gratitude for her leadership. Professor Dr. Sidra Aamir reciprocated the warm reception with heartfelt words of appreciation, expressing her eagerness to collaborate with the college community and contribute to its growth and development.
