Report of Flood Relief Donation Handing over Ceremony ti Al Khidmat

A Flood Relief Donation Handing over Ceremony was held at Queen Mary Graduate College on 20/09/2025 at 11:00 am at School Hall.
The worthy Principal, Vice principal, section heads college, Heads of the department, faculty members and students attended the ceremony.
The Ceremony started with the recitation of the Holy Quran followed by Naat e Rasool e Maqbool S.A.W and National Anthem.
After that the worthy Principal, Prof. Dr Sidra Aamir delivered a motivational speech in which she appealed to the people to help the flood affectees in Pakistan. She also appreciated the significant contribution by the faculty members and students of the Government Queen Mary Graduate college for the Flood Relief Drive.
Dr Mushtaq Mangat, Vice President of Alkhidmat Foundation also briefed about the working of Foundation by providing food, tents, clean drinking water, and medical facilities to the thousands of affected families.
He expressed his acknowledgement and said that the contribution of college staff and students demonstrates commitment to serving humanity and supporting Disaster Relief Efforts.
After that the worthy Principal Prof. Dr Sidra Aamir handed over the donation collected by the faculty members and students to Dr. Mushtaq Mangat, Vice President Alkhidmat Foundation.
The donation included essential items and a cash amount as detailed below:
– Ration Bags: 37 ration bags worth Rs. 230,000 were donated to provide vital food supplies to flood-affected families.
– Essential Items: Water bottles, milk, biscuits, and chips worth Rs. 10,000 were included to cater to the immediate needs of the affected individuals.
– Cash Donation: A cash amount of Rs. 164,340 was handed over to support the Alkhidmat Foundation’s relief efforts.
The ceremony ended up by the vote of thanks from the CEO Alkhidmat Foundation to our worthy Principal.
